Social Dynamics ("the app", "we") is an AI advisor for interpersonal relationships. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, which AI processor receives it, and what control you have. Social Dynamics does not sell your data. Section 3 explains the selected processor's separate terms, including DeepSeek's possible use of data for model training. You can export or permanently delete the data stored by Social Dynamics from the app.
We do not collect your contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Social Dynamics uses your data to generate advice, maintain your profiles and history, and account for credits. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. The selected AI processor has its own processing terms, described below.
To generate profiles and replies, the app sends your messages, attached screenshots, profile, selected dossier, and relevant conversation history to the AI processor named on the consent screen. A deployment uses one of the two processors below. Your consent record contains the exact processor ID.
Anthropic, PBC provides the Anthropic API under processor ID anthropic-commercial-api.
Under Anthropic's commercial terms, its Data Processing Addendum (including Standard Contractual Clauses) applies. Anthropic does not use commercial API inputs or outputs to train its models by default; Social Dynamics does not opt this data into training or submit it as provider feedback. Standard API inputs and outputs are deleted from Anthropic's systems within 30 days. Anthropic may retain data longer where needed to enforce its Usage Policy, comply with law, or honor different contract terms.
Anthropic may process API data in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia and stores API data in the United States unless otherwise agreed. No human at Social Dynamics reads your conversations.
Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. provides the DeepSeek Open Platform API under processor ID deepseek-open-platform-api. DeepSeek says that it directly collects, processes, and stores personal data in the People's Republic of China.
DeepSeek's public policy permits personal data to be used to develop or train its technology and gives users a right to opt out. Its public Open Platform terms do not state that downstream API inputs are excluded from training by default. They also do not document an application-specific DPA or name a transfer mechanism for downstream API data. DeepSeek says it will use transfer safeguards where the law requires them.
DeepSeek's policy may retain account and input data for as long as the provider account exists. Data may be kept longer for policy enforcement or legal requirements. When data is no longer required, DeepSeek says it will delete, erase, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it as permitted by law.
DeepSeek says its services are not designed or intended to process sensitive personal data. If DeepSeek is the processor shown on your consent screen, do not submit racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health, sexuality, citizenship, immigration, genetic or biometric data, children's data, precise location, criminal-history data, or other highly sensitive information. You can decline consent and stop using AI features.

Your application account, profiles, and conversation history are stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security so each account can only ever access its own rows. The temporary provider-side processing and retention described in section 3 is separate and may occur outside the EU.
Contact us if a request needs cooperation from the selected AI processor. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We keep data stored by Social Dynamics for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated application data is deleted immediately. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts beyond the standard short-lived infrastructure backups of our database provider. AI processors use their separate retention periods from section 3; deleting your Social Dynamics account cannot recall or directly delete copies still within a processor's retention period.
Social Dynamics is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the app.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
